The RESA (Recueil Electronique des Sociétés et Associations), a new official electronic platform of central publication regarding companies and associations is introduced as from 1 June 2016.
Also late filing fees for annual accounts have increased as follows, effective 1 January 2017:
*from the 8th month after the closing of the financial year: €50
*between 9th and 11th month after the closing of the financial year: €200
*from the 12th month after the closing of the financial year: €500
