6 October 2015, the Council of the European Union reached agreement on a proposal for a Council Directive to amend Directive 2011/16/EU (on administrative cooperation between Member States) and requiring automatic exchange of information on advance tax rulings and advance pricing arrangements between EU Member States and to the EU Commission.
