Effective 1 January 2015 Luxembourg codified the Luxembourg advance tax ruling and advance pricing agreement (ATR/APA) practice and the at arm’s length principle. Also effective as per 1 January 2015 procedural rules with regard to this ATR/APA practice were laid down in a new Grand-Ducal decree dated 23 December 2014.
