EU has not reached consensus on the proposed EU Anti Tax Avoidance Directive.

The EU Council did not reach agreement on the ATAD. Some Member States had concerns on the proposed text of the Directive. A new compromise will be discussed during the next EU Council meeting 17th of June 2016.
